Super friendly staff who really care! The restrooms were totally clean, and I loved how close it was to all the local attractions. Parking was easy, too, which was a big plus!

the towels were old and thin, definitely not what one woudl expect for such a place. also, 2 towels for a family of 4? how ghastly! not to mention, i asked for extra toilet paper and got told it was 'in the room. ' i nearly considered writing a good review until i realized the owner couldn't even manage that.

On the downside, the towels provided were very old and thin, with just two for a family of four occupying the room. No additional toilet paper was in sight, and the room lacked blankets—only sheets accompanied the beds. Moreover, some outlets in the room didn’t function, which made it a hassle to charge devices while getting ready.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids, especially being so close to Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark—just a short drive away! The helpful staff made our check-in smooth and welcoming.

It was just a balanced option for a fleeting trip in Brownsville with excellent value for money. The staff was super friendly and helped me with directions when I got lost. Bring your own toiletries since they only provide the basics.

We had a fantastic stay with friends! The motel is close to Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark and some great local spots. The staff was super helpful, making our check-in smooth. The room was comfy with all the basics covered. Definitely recommend this place for a fun and easy-going trip.

The only bummer was that we ran out of towels for our group. It would have been nice to have extras available without asking.

Great customer service made my stay enjoyable. The owner was involved and personally welcomed me right when I arrived. I accidentally locked my key in the room, and they quickly gave me a new one. They even assisted me again the next morning when I locked the second key inside. The cleaning staff was attentive, as I almost left my bag behind, but they promptly alerted me. The room, however, had some issues. Only two towels for four people meant we shared a lot. No extra toilet paper, and I couldn't find any blankets on the bed—just sheets. Some outlets didn’t work either, making it inconvenient to charge my phone while using my straightener. I was offered a refund for my second night after I canceled, but it felt like I had to fight for a fair resolution. Overall, while I appreciated the service, the room amenities definitely need improvements.

Had a really good time in the deluxe double room. It was super comfy with air conditioning, a nice bath, and a flat-screen TV. The owner was involved and made a point to welcome everyone. Plus, it was easy to get off the highway and to the hotel, which saved time.
